key responsibilities of this role include:
enusre the stay real culutre 'genuine people and delivering real service' is adherent in the team and hotel environment
maitnain and continue to devleop guest experience champions
provide functional assitsance and diretcion to all deparmtents
resopnd to situtaions to ensure gusets recieve prmopt attetnion and perosnal recogontion throguhout the resort
develop and maintain a 100% priroity club rewrads recogintion and drive culture on all different guest touch points
work with the reservations team to ensure inventory balancing and that people resources are in place to meet the business needs
ideally you'll have 2 to 3 years previous experience at the front of the house where your communication skills were utilized for a significant amount of time while interacting with others and have a demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company.guest experience manager
