title: self-motivated, finance or its equivalent
results-oriented, communication skills and have good negotiating skills
minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
competent in excel & other microsoft applications
team player
have good command of english (written and oral) and able to work with regional team members,
minimum degree in accounting, independent and able to work under pressure in a highly demanding environment
excellent customer relation skills.
plan and execute daily collcetion calls activities including using collcetion toolsand have good coverage of accounts.past dues and bad debts
weekly report on collection sttaus and set collection straetgies to delvier resluts, etc
liiase with saels to reslove collection isuses and extended credit negotiation
monitor & follow up with customers for collections which include sending out reminder letters and outlooking month-end ar collection
escalate account receivable issues & problems on a timely basis
ensure full compliance to sox, legal & audit
deliver target set on dso, requesting more information, credit extension and order download process which includes check security documents
responsible for customer credit applications follow up which involves courtesy calls, csa, finance analyst
