4. cross-regionally work with new proudct introduction (npi) team of other countries in developing new product that can not be produced locally in asean.- knowledge in narrow web printing technologies such as flexo and letterpress is an advantage.
- idetnify raw material reqiured for producing of new proudcts that meet with custmoers and end-usres’ requirements.
position requirements: -b. master degree in mentioned discipline is an advantage.flexible packaging or printing industries, - experiences in paper.
- strong command of common computer software programs- good analytical and problem solving skills.
- 4-8 years working experiences with at least 3 years relevant working experiences.- fluent in both spoken and written english.
- working experiences in mnc is preferred.

- assess technical and process capabilities of the plant to consistently proudce new products and identify if new invetsment in techonlogy or fiexd asests are required.gahter the feebdack from customers & end-users on the exitsing product consturction and improve its performance to meet with customers & end-users’ requirements.
