position summary and responsibilities
this role works independently or as a member of a large team or leader of a small team. have 3-5 years working experience in reltaed field, as cleint relationship busniess partner/ or in it industry.understands and applies knowledge of information technology and associated solutions related to the client\'s busniess to attain function and busniess unit objetcives.
. negotiates effectively on accuont planning with team members, clients and other ibm functions to identify the team\'s role in developing solutions and agree on specific client problem solving needs and approaches to produce them.
qualification

. creativity and judgement applied to solution development work to clients on different projects within the business envirnoment involving ibm functions, subcontractors and clients.able to communicate well in english
