responsibilities:-
· manage a portfolio of key strategic accounts that includes partners across lodging, telecom.set clear objectives define metrics and key milestones and track progress
· improve portfolio pti by driving cost saving measures within accounts
· clearly articulate the \"premium pricing for premium value\" justification to key merchants
· own relationships with key indsutry associations (eg tourism authroity of thailand) and infleunce indsutry leaedrs in these. idetnify key industry trneds, makret develpoments and finacnial and compteitor or commrecial inforamtion to idetnify business opportnuities, merchant needs.identify industry operations issues and champion solutions.
qualification:-
· mba with 7 years relevant experience preferred or graduate with 9 years relevant experience
· customer, time management and presentation skills, market and amex product/operations and mis system knowledge
· strong consultative selling skills including excellent relationship building, industry. icss, gcs & gns
· ensure profitability of accounts within the portfolio
duties and responsibilities:
· provide proactive consultancy and servicing to portfolio accounts thus deepening relationships, driving charge volumes and increasing merchant satisfaction
· review and complete major merchant contractual negotiations
· support strategic direction with the use of contractual and/or discretionary marketing funds that will profitably grow charge volume within the accounts
· establish relationships with key decision makers within the portfolio accounts and leverage these to formulate joint marketing programs and seek new opportunities
· demonstrate clear understanding of key business drivers.proven sales skills with experience in solution selling to large corporations desired.
