ensuring guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met
reporting damage or malfunction in hotel rooms to superior
maintaining equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair
maintaining a section room report
maintaining a daily room checklist
meeting with superior and taking on daily assigned tasks
reportinh and submitting lost and found articles to superior immediately
reporting guest complaints to superior immediately
reporting unusual behavior/activities on floors to supervisor
recording room status in allocated section accurately
caryring outohtel's helath, guest corrdiors,
