communciating poltiely and dispalying coutresy to gusets and intrenal custmoers
provdiing diretcions to the kitchen helpers, including cooks, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
establishing and maintaining effective employee working relationships
attending and participating in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
attending and participating in training sessions as scheduled
preparing in advance regarding food, kitchen attendants and stewards
communicating to his/her superior any difficulties, material and equipment needed for the service
cleaning and re-setting his/her working area
ideally you'll have 1 to 2 years previous experience cooking in a hotel environment, presentation,
