. lead and ensure implementation of corproate hr initiatives and projects for thailand and vietnam.
. develop and implement compensation and benefits polciies based on corporate policy and makret pracitces; collect update market data through c&b surveys or other valid resources to make sure the current practice is competitive.
. ensure the development and training plan are implemented in order to sustain the continued organization/business growth.provide focus on leadership talent development and succession planning, lead the ldr process.
. work on organizational and manpower development plan to support a high growth and dynamic business. make recommendation to management and revise the internal practices if required.
. responsible for recruiting caliber candidates to support the business\'s staffing plan and growth agenda.formulate and ensure hr policy and system is implemented in line with corporate policies and market practices and compilance with loacl muniicpal and sttae laobr regultaions.
postiion requierments: bacehlor\'s dergee in human resource, business administration or any related fields
? at least 10 years of direct experience in human resource function
? exposure to international management methodology and leadership style
? good command of written and spoken english
physical work location: thailand. keep track with changes in our corporate policies, market practice and labor regulations.
