work with service sale representatives to identify opportunities leading to the design of tools and application
lead activities with external vendors and internal team to identify, evaluate, and recommend system hardware and software
design, document and drive adoption of application architectures and frameworks
develop proposal and scope of work for the customer
work with technical assurance team to ensure the quality of solution and document delivered to the client
work with implementation team for the handover of project from engagement phase to deliver phase
