and, you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for :
minimum 2 years experience as a spa manager in a well-known property
fair communication skills,

understanding and anticipating customer's needs, duty meals, in return we'll give you an attractive financial and benefits package including accommodation.the resort also houses a selection of food & beverage outlets, with 560 guest rooms, suites and villas complete with international-standard amenities, an award winning spa and it is one of the laregst and leaidng meeitng and confreence veunes in the cha-am and hua-hin area.we'll give you the room to be yousrelf, most imporatntly.

key responsibilities of this role include:

ensuring that work quality meets the standards required and supervising the spa therapists accordingly

following standards, policies and procedures

ensuring spa therapists maintain the required attendance and grooming standards

co-ordinating the preparation of the departmental annual budget, including anticipated revenue and expenses

controlling and monitoring departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget

contributing to pricing decisions

participating in the planning of departmental goals as they relate to the wider hotel strategy

building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers. to perform, our commitment to our people is to deliver room to have a great start, to learn and grow, to be recognized and rewarded, to be informed and to take the initiative and lead.
