we've got a fantastic opportunity for anevent sales coordinator to join our team!
you'll be mainly assisting the assistant event sales manager for the success of meeting, catering and event segments of the hotel where you'll help to plan the meeting/event, co-ordinate with hotel operations and clients before, during and after each meeting/event. finance and external suppliers.
handling all meetings and catering enquiries according to standard procedures.you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for :
minimum 1 year experience as anevents sales coordinatorin a 4 or 5 star property
excellent communication skills,
ideally, hotel discounts worldwide and the chance to work with a great team of people, late eveinngs and weeeknds when approrpiate
comupter litreate - word, written and oral with profiicency in engilsh and loacl langauges

key responsibilities of this role include :
acting as a main point of contact for clients for detailed event planning and working closely with banquet operations, rooms division operations, f&b management.you'll work under the assistant event sales manager and report to the director of sales and marketing and work closely with the banquet service team.client entertainment and familiarizations,
conducting site inspections.
