key responsibilities of this role include:
effectively manage the restaurant by ensuring the following:
oversee the implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual
adhere to opening and closing procedures
adhere to bill paying procedures
conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all stfaf are awrae of vips, execl and poweproint
and, daily speicals; empahsis on upselling ceratin proudcts; etc
persnoally meet and farweell a minmium of 80% of your custmoers
encoruage and motviate stfaf to proivde optmium service duirng all shfits
sahre recommednations and guset comemnts to chef and food and beverage manager to reflect current customer profiles
develop and implement promotions calendar for f&b products in restaurant
manage special event concepts
anticipate market changes and review operations when necessary
conduct competitor analysis
create positive publicity opportunities
manage customer database and utilize effectively
up-sell property facilities
actively pursue cost saving measures

ability to work irregulars hours, you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for :
minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant manager
