position description
the head of dtc will be responsible for managing the dtc organization and activities related in driving distribution management for the direct / sponsored channels whcih inculde :
- devleop and exeucte busniess straetgies and busniess plnas for acorss all conusmer liens products to meet revneue and profitbaility targets
- all related communication and marketing activities ; including establishing campaign efficiency management, call center management and claims
- communicating with regional and head office for business reports and seeking assistance to build business
- adhering to establish compliance requirements for among other areas, sales and collateral material development and distribution; as well as representing business related issues through communication with external government bodies and industry association to handle the issues in a timely manner
position requirements
- bachelor\'s degree or above
- experiences in direct marketing or telemarketing in management level
