holiday inn resort regent beach cha-am is located only two and half hours drive from bangkok . you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for:
prior experience in supervising stfaf in the food and beverage department
plesaant and friendly persoanlity
physcially moible and able to carry or lift objcets such as pltaes and utesnils
able to work nihgts, condcuting shfit brieifngs to enusre hoetl actiivties and operaitonal requierments are knwon by all staff
endeaovring to reslove all compalints during shift and logging all complaints in log book for further follow up
supervising cash handling and banking procedures
preparing daily banking and cash flow reports
establishing and instructing staff in cash security procedures
dealing with irregular payments
supervising the maintenance of service equipment
monitoring standards of guest facilities and services
controlling stock and monitor security procedures
assisting with menu and wine list creation
supervising functions
supervising outlet service
working with superiors on manpower planning and management needs
working with superiors in the preparation and management of the department's budget
ideally, and/or holidays
good command of spoken english
