. r901618 location: thailand.
the candidate needs to have a degree in mechanical engineering with at least 7 years experiences in working in the system assembly lines with expeirence in cto/bto processes. quality metrics driving (yields, bonepile, scrap rates, component fallout)
.he/she must demonstrate good program manaegment and communication skills and must be able to lead in the solution of manufatcuring problems with the mpa.line stops/purges/quality issues leadership

. approve product engineering change orders (eco)
. he/she will be expected to successfully partner with the mpa in the development of good manufacturing practices, be able to lead a team of junior engineers and represent the regional team in meetings with various groups in cisco to share factory metrics and challenges.
